Pricing
Pricing built around remembered journeys.
Start usage-first. Pay for the Journey Runs that actually happen. Each Run consumes Action Credits based on the memory, orchestration, AI, handoff, and measurement required.
Premium Paths and communications costs remain separate unless specifically contracted.
Journey Runs are the value unit
A Journey Run begins when one customer enters a live Journey Family. Simple Runs use fewer credits. More personalized, AI-assisted, or human-handoff Runs use more.
Action Credits measure effort
Action Credits measure the memory, orchestration, AI observation, handoff, and measurement work inside each Run. They keep pricing usage-based and transparent.
Premium Paths stay separate
Voice AI, identity verification, knowledge retrieval, and compliance-heavy workflows are scoped separately. Customers do not pay for capabilities they do not use.
Choose the right starting point
Start usage-first. Expand as outcomes become measurable. Higher plans unlock better Action Credit economics, more Journey Families, deeper measurement, and stronger governance.

Quick answers
Are we paying for contacts?
No. Contacts can be eligible, but Journey Runs create value. A customer becomes usage-relevant when they enter a live remembered Journey Family.
Are communications costs included?
No. SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp, RCS, carrier fees, and phone numbers remain separate unless specifically contracted.
What happens if we exceed our Action Credit pool?
Overages are billed at the per-credit rate for your plan. If overages become consistent, Journey Guru can recommend a higher-volume plan with better unit economics.
Journey Runs create value. Action Credits measure effort.
A Journey Run is one customer's personalized path through a live Journey Family. A Run may be simple, memory-aware, AI-assisted, human-assisted, or premium depending on what the customer needs. Action Credits measure the work inside the Run.
| Run Type | Style | Typical Usage | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Efficient Run | Simple digital / manual journey | 10–20 Action Credits | Reminder, task, simple follow-up, outcome update |
| Standard Run | Memory-aware journey | 30–50 Action Credits | Consent check, preference check, branch logic, light AI observation, contextual follow-up |
| Complex Run | AI-assisted or human-handoff | 75–150 Action Credits | Sentiment / risk detection, hardship signal, repeated-topic detection, automation pause, handoff, summary, audit |
| Premium Run / PathPremium | Higher-cost or sensitive journey | Custom usage and pricing | Voice AI, identity verification, advanced knowledge retrieval, advanced routing, compliance-heavy workflow |
The same Journey Family can produce different Run types depending on memory, risk, value, consent, behavior, and context.
What is an Action Credit?
An Action Credit is the usage unit that measures standard memory, orchestration, AI observation, handoff, and outcome-measurement work inside a Journey Run. Action Credits help Journey Guru keep pricing usage-based and transparent without forcing customers to think about every individual technical action.

Eligibility check
Memory read
Memory update
Consent check

Compliance-heavy custom workflows
Premium Paths stay separate.
Some journeys require higher-cost or more sensitive capabilities. Journey Guru calls these Premium Paths. They are scoped separately so customers do not pay for expensive capabilities they do not use, and so high-value journeys can receive the right level of support.
Voice AI
For live voice interaction, call handling, or spoken escalation.
Identity Verification
For account recovery, sensitive servicing, or workflows where identity must be confirmed.
Advanced Knowledge Retrieval
For journeys where AI needs approved answers from product, policy, support, or operational knowledge.
AI Agent Participation
For journeys that require an AI agent to converse, decide, or act autonomously.
Advanced Compliance Workflow
Approved language, auditability, controlled escalation, or sensitive workflow handling.
Advanced Human Routing
Routing to the right agent, department, region, or availability window.
Sensitive Journey Review
For high-risk or high-value journeys that require human sign-off before proceeding.
Custom Integrations
Deep integrations with source-of-truth systems, compliance platforms, or enterprise data layers.
"Premium Paths are added only when the journey requires them."
Memory windows make context usable.
Each plan includes a searchable journey history window. Longer history windows help teams recognize repeat issues, prior promises, preferences, outcomes, and customer context over time.

Outcome pricing comes after measurement.
Journey Guru can support outcome-aligned pricing when the customer has enough data readiness to define, measure, and attribute the result. We do not promise outcome pricing before baseline and attribution are understood.
"Usage pricing helps prove the journey. Outcome pricing shares in verified improvement."

Journey Guru is not a workflow engine.
A workflow engine executes steps. Journey Guru is the memory layer, the orchestration layer, the decisioning layer, the outcome measurement layer, and the journey economics layer above your existing customer systems and communication providers.
