A Journey Run is one customer's personalized path through a live Journey Family. Two customers can enter the same Journey Family and receive different paths based on memory, value, risk, and context.

Action Credits represent the standard orchestration capacity used by Journey Actions, such as memory reads, consent checks, AI observations, handoff triggers, and outcome updates.

Premium Paths are advanced capabilities used only when the journey requires them, such as voice AI, identity verification, knowledge retrieval, advanced routing, or compliance-heavy workflows.
